Agile Transformation
Unfortunately transformation from waterfall to scrum, much less creating an Agile organization can not be done by watching a tutorial, reading a book, or flipping through a training booklet. Nor can it be accomplished with a three day cram course.
Transformation takes commitment, honesty, and dedication to Agile values. It does not, nor will it ever rely on a set of procedures and processes, no matter what shiny name or acronym it is given. It does takes constant dedication to applying the Agile values to every facet of the origination, not just the development team. Agile is not a set of processes and rules, but a way of thinking, analyzing, and being honest and respectful to oneself and others. Without changing your organizational culture to become and think as agile, the organization will not become agile.
